When Does a Baby Count?

No, it’s not a joke. I’m guessing most babies don’t actually count until they are at least toddlers if not older. But that’s not what this is about. This is about a very strange requirement for those visiting the White House:

The White House Visitors Office requires that an unborn child—still residing in utero—must be counted as a full human being when its parents register for a White House tour, according to documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

Does anyone see any inconsistency here, or is this just a fluke?

  1. Numbers weren’t looking good. Can’t let the masses think that the man-child and Dr. Zeta aren’t popular. Got to count every visitor, even if only a parasitic blob of tissue.

  2. Dr. Theo,

In other words, this is simply an extension of encouraging dead people to vote. They don’t need to be real, they just need to throw their support behind the right person.
