NLRB Takes on South Dakota, et al

Some folks in DC are quite busy these days:

The National Labor Relations Board says it will move ahead with lawsuits seeking to invalidate state constitutional amendments in Arizona and South Dakota that require workers to hold secret ballot elections before a company can be unionized.

Remember what Governor Haley said about the NLRB attacking right-to-work states? If you needed more evidence, here it is. Having failed to convince workers (employees) on the strength of the argument that being a member of a labor union is better than not being a member, the labor unions are hoping the big-stick approach of the NLRB will cow companies in compliance with union wishes.
