Newspapers just wanna have access to more information. (Rapid City Journal) While the arguments in favor of openness are appealing, if the case truly was to adjudicate a family matter then privacy seems warranted. For me the bigger issue is that a family was unable to settle its differences via arbitration–which would have precluded the whole mess.
