Hickey Changes Mind on Race Against Herseth Sandlin
Wow. That was quick. It was maybe a week ago that Steve Hickey announced that he was running in the Republican primary here in South Dakota. Now, he’s not:

Steve Hickey had planned to seek the Republican nomination to run for South Dakota’s lone U.S. House seat. The Sioux Falls pastor says he now plans to pursue a state House seat in District 9.
